Register with NICET and pass the required licensing exam.
Obtain Insurance & Bonding
Secure General Liability, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability insurance and a $13,500 surety bond.
Submit Application
Apply to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Pay the application and license fees.
